Änderung vom 17. Oktober 2007

Der Schweizerische Bundesrat verordnet:

I

Die Patentverordnung vom 19. Oktober 19771 wird wie folgt geändert:

Art. 117 Abs. 1 Bst. b 1 In das schweizerische Register für europäische Patente (Art. 117 des Gesetzes) werden eingetragen:

b. Angaben, die über das Einspruchs-, Beschränkungs- oder Widerrufsverfah­ ren im europäischen Patentregister vermerkt werden;

II

Diese Änderung tritt am 13. Dezember 2007 in Kraft.

Le Conseil fédéral suisse arrête:

I

L’ordonnance du 19 octobre 1977 sur les brevets1 est modifiée comme suit:

Art. 117, al. 1, let. b 1 Dans le registre suisse des brevets européens (art. 117 de la loi) sont enregistrées:

b. les indications mentionnées dans le registre européen des brevets au sujet de la procédure d’opposition, de limitation ou de révocation;

II

La présente modification entre en vigueur le 13 décembre 2007.

Il Consiglio federale svizzero ordina:

I

L’ordinanza del 19 ottobre 19771 sui brevetti è modificata come segue:

Art. 117 cpv. 1 lett. b 1 Nel registro svizzero dei brevetti europei (art. 117 della legge) vengono registrati:

b. le indicazioni riportate nel registro europeo dei brevetti in merito alla pro­ cedura d’opposizione, di limitazione o di revoca;

II

La presente modifica entra in vigore il 13 dicembre 2007.
