Year of Version 2017 Dates Entry into force: January 8, 2007 Adopted: January 8, 2007 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights), IP Regulatory Body Notes This consolidated version of the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 8 of January 8, 2007 takes into account amendments introduced by Decision No. 270 of May 11, 2017 of the Cabinet of Ministers, which entered into force on May 15, 2017.

This consolidated Decision was repealed on January 1, 2018 by 'Decision No. PP-3201 of August 14, 2017 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Measures to Improve the Additional Conditions for Further Development of Activities and Measures to Stimulate the Work of Workers in the fields of Culture and Art Organizations, Creative Unions and Media'.
