'The Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 998 of 13 December 2017 amends paragraphs 7 and 11 of the Procedure for Granting Permission by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to Use the Patented Invention (Utility Model) concerning Medicines, approved by the Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 877 of 4 December 2013, by replacing the words 'the State Intellectual Property Service' with the words 'the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine', as the State Service of Intellectual Property was abolished and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine is in charge of state policy implementation in the field of intellectual property.'
