Notes This consolidated version of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria (SG No. 56/1991) takes into account amendments up to the "Law on Amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria (SG No. 18/2015)", which was promulgated in the State Gazette and entered into force on December 18, 2015.

The consolidated Constitution contains provisions on the protection of property rights and invention as well as copyright and related rights (Chapter One, Article 17; and Chapter Two, Article 54).
