Year of Version 2017 Dates Adopted: December 10, 1971 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Patents (Inventions), Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Other Notes This consolidated text of the Labor Code incorporates all the amendments up to Law of Ukraine No. 2005-VIII of April 6, 2017, on Amendments to Article 42 of the Labor Code of Ukraine, relating to Protection of Labor Rights ('the Amending Law').

For the amendments introduced by the said Amending Law, which entered into force on April 30, 2017, see Chapter III, Article 42, paragraph 10 of the consolidated text.

This consolidated Code contains provisions regarding the IP rights created by the employees in the course of their employment (see Chapter III, Article 42, paragraph 6; Chapter VI, Article 91; and Chapter VIII, Article 126).
