Year of Version 2017 Dates Promulgated: March 13, 2012 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes The consolidated text of the Customs Code incorporates all the amendments up to Law No. 1796-VIII of December 20, 2016, on Amendments to the Customs Code and Law of Ukraine on the Development of the Aircraft Industry ('the Amending Act').

For the amendments introduced by the said Amending Act, which entered into force on January 1, 2017, see Section V, Chapter 18, Article 110, paragraph 3; Section XXI, paragraph 4, item 13.

The following provisions of this consolidated Customs Code refers to customs protection of intellectual property rights at Ukraine borders:
- Section XI, Chapter 50, Article 356, paragraph 1, item 6);
- Section XIV, Chapter 57, Articles 397-403;
- Section XVIII, Chapter 68, Article 476;
- Section XX, Chapter 74, Article 544, paragraph 9.
