Part I, Section 2 entitled 'Commencement' of the Trade Marks 1905 states: 'This Act shall commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation not less than four months after the passing of this Act.'.
The Trade Marks Act 1905 was amended by the following Acts:
-Trade Marks Act 1948;
-Trade Marks Act 1936;
-Statute Law Revision Act 1934;
-Patents, Trade Marks and Designs Act 1932;
-Trade Marks Act 1922;
-Trade Marks Act 1919;
-Trade Marks Act 1912.
The Act was repealed by the Trade Marks Act 1955 on August 1, 1958.
