'This Regulation expired on 31 December 1995.
Opposition procedure: restrictions must be notified to the Commission, but are deemed to be exempt if not opposed within six months
Regulations 2349/84 and 556/89 will soon be replaced by one single Regulation on all agreements on transfer of technologies.'
