Loi Constitutionnel n°215/AN/08/5ème L portant révision de la





VU La Constitution du 15 septembre 1992 et notamment en son article 87 ;

VU L'avis favorable de la Commission de la Législation et de l'Administration générale pour

la transmission de ce projet de loi à la séance publique en vue de son adoption ;

VU L'adoption du projet de loi portant révision de la Constitution par la majorité des

membres composant l'Assemblée nationale ;

Le Conseil des Ministres entendu en séance du Mardi 04 Septembre 2007.

Article 1er : Dans le deuxième alinéa de l'article 66 de la Constitution, le groupe de mots "la
