If no day is stated, they shall be binding eight days following their official publication.”
This Resolution was published in the Trademark and Patent Bulletin on January 16, 2013 (B.M and B.P. 16/01/13), with no specific date of entry into force; based on Article 2 of the Civil Code it entered into force eight days after its publication.

VISTO la Ley n°


24.481 (t.o. 1996) y la Resoluci6n n° 482/2012 del


Que par la Resoluci6n mencionada se establecen nuevas valores respecto de

los aranceles que percibe este Instituto en virtud del Decreta n° 260/96.­

Que en el resolutivo citado no se establece la techa en que comenzartm a

regir los nuevas aranceles par 10 que en el caso resuija aplicable el art. 2 del C6digo

Civil y, en consecuencia , del c6mputo efectuado conforme a dicha norma, resulta

que la vigencia de estes nuevas valores habra de operar a partir del lunes 7 de

enero de 2013.­

Que con relaci6n a los aranceles que el Instituto percibira a partir de julio del

a~o pr6ximo y que se encuentran detallados tambien en la Resoluci6n aludida

precedentemente, se establece que la vigencia de los mismos se producira a partir

del 10 de Julio de 2013.­

Que la Direcci6n de Asuntos Legales ha tomado la intervenci6n que Ie


Que la presente se dicta en virtud de las lacultades legales vigentes.­

Articulo 1°._ Los aranceles fijados para Enero de 2013 en la Resoluci6n del

Ministerio de Industria n° 482/2012 , entraran en vigencia el lunes 7 de enero de _

dicho alio.-

Articulo 2°._ Los aranceles fijados para julio de 2013 en la Resoluci6n

premencionada , entraran en vigencia el dla 1° de julio de dicho ano.-

Articulo 3°.-Reglstrese, comunlquese y archlvese.­
