The Industrial Property (Fees) Regulations, 2017.

(Under section 103 of the Industrial Property, Act, 2014, Act No. 3 of 2014)

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon the Minister responsible for justice by section 103 of the Industrial Property Act, 2014, these Regulations are made this 28th day of April, 2017.

1. Title. These Regulations may be cited as the Industrial Property (Fees) Regulations, 2017.

2. Fees. The fees specified in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be payable to the Registrar of industrial property in respect of the matters to which they relate under the Act or S.l. No. 12 of 2017.
