The notification by Kyrgyzstan to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'In pursuance of Article 2 of the Law «On the introduction of amendments and supplements to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic «On the trademarks, service marks and appellations of origin» as of 6 February 2014, N 28, a [...] decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic «On the introduction of amendments and supplements to some decrees of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic» was developed.'
