This consolidated text of Law No. 39/2010 incorporates all the amendments up to 'Royal Legislative Decree N° 5/2015 of October 30, approving the consolidated text of 2015 the Basic Statute for Public Employees', which was published in the Official Gazette on October 31, 2015, and entered into force on November 1, 2015.
The 'Single Derogatory Provision' of the said Royal Legislative Decree N° 5/2015 repeals the 'Twenty-third Final Provision', as referred in 'Final Provisions' of this consolidated Law.
Articles 95 and 97 under Title VI, Chapter III, of this consolidated text provide amendments of the schedule of fees relating to trademarks and industrial designs, as provided for in the Annex on Fees of the Law No. 17/2001, of December 7, 2001, on Trademarks (as amended), and Law No. 20/2003 of July 7, 2003, on Legal Protection of Industrial Designs (as amended).
