Year of Version 2014 Dates Entry into force: January 9, 2013 Adopted: December 12, 2012 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Patents (Inventions), Industrial Designs, Trademarks, Other Notes This Regulation shall be the legal basis for the entering into existence of the Unified Patent Court. For this purpose, article 71 shall be amended in order to establish the international jurisdiction of the Unified Patent Court. For the amendments, see Regulation (EU) No. 542/2014.
