The new eMadrid (beta) is a fully integrated digital environment that enables central and secure management of trademark portfolios throughout the global trademark journey.
What’s new?
- Centralized hub – All Madrid System online tools and services in one place.
- Integrated workbench – Manage all international trademark applications and registrations securely in one workbench, with powerful sorting, filtering and batch processing capabilities.
- Collaboration features – Share access, define roles and permissions, and collaborate with team members.
- Real-time updates and prompts – Stay informed with timely updates and alerts on key actions, ensuring you’re always on track with your trademark tasks.
- Built-in guidance – Complete transactions online confidently, with validation, pre-populated fields, and step-by-step assistance, saving you time and eliminating errors.
IMPORTANT
- This is a live environment – We will process any requests that you submit.
- Your data is real – The new eMadrid beta environment uses your real trademark information.
- The beta environment is running in parallel with the current eMadrid webpages. If you can see the “BETA” tab, then you’re in the beta environment!
- Although draft versions of the new eMadrid (beta) environment are available in French and Spanish, the interfaces are not yet fully translated. For now, please use the English version for best user experience.
