The PCT International Cooperation Division, WIPO, in cooperation with the Section for Caucasian, Central Asian and Eastern European Countries and WIPO Office in the Russian Federation will organize a webinar in Russian language.
This webinar will focus on:
- latest changes on the WIPO PCT website and how to use it at preparing and filing a PCT application;
- choosing suitable International Authorities based on applicant’s needs and wishes;
- declarations, when the applicant needs to submit them and how to prepare them for submitting;
- time limits to enter the national phase and whether the period can be extended; whether agents should be assigned on the national phase.
During the webinar speakers will provide several examples to explain detailed the approach of checking patentability of invention.
The webinar will be in Russian and is designated for participants from Caucasian, Central Asian and Eastern European Countries, as well as participants from other countries (if applicable). After the presentation, you will have an opportunity to ask speaker all the questions on this topic and the PCT system.
