Call for Applications for the 2021 WIPO-PRV Advanced International Training Program on “Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources - in Support of Innovation”

The Advanced International Training Program, “Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources - in Support of Innovation”, a cooperation between the Swedish Intellectual Property Office (PRV) and WIPO, is now open for applications to professionals from Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia, who are or who will be involved in issues concerning intellectual property in relation to genetic resources and traditional knowledge.

The program is sponsored by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and also involves Swedish partners, namely, the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), the Swedish International Agricultural Network Initiative (SIANI) and We Effect.

The deadline for application is January 11, 2021.
