Filing Applications (how-to)

How to file a PCT application

You can file a PCT application with your national or regional patent Office, or directly with the International Bureau of WIPO. WIPO recommends that you prepare and file your PCT application using ePCT.
Remember: you must file your PCT application within 12 months from the filing of your earliest (national or regional) patent application for the same invention, if you want to claim priority to it in your PCT application.
