Morocco has been a member of WIPO since 1971 and is a signatory to over 22 WIPO treaties.
The national IP offices of Morocco are the Copyright Office of Morocco and the Moroccan Industrial and Commercial Property Office (OMPIC). The offices are located in Rabat and Casablanca respectively.
