Methodology and Innovative Tools for Effective Development Agenda (DA) projects Management

The training was carefully structured to cover two main objectives: the first day focused on educating participants about the methodology developed by the Development Agenda Coordination Division (DACD) for the successful implementation of DA projects, and the second day introduced Design Thinking and Problem-Solving tools as complementary skills for effective project management.

The training proved to be an enlightening experience for participants. They gained valuable insights into the Development Agenda and its methodology for implementing DA projects, fostering strong interest and enthusiasm for aligning their work with the DA’s recommendations. The sessions clarified roles and responsibilities, empowering focal points to manage DA projects more effectively and sustainably. The hands-on training in Design Thinking and brainstorming was particularly well-received, as these tools were recognized as essential for enhancing stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and adaptability in project execution.
