On Acceding of the Republic of Belarus to the Convention on Protection of the Interests of the Manufactures of the Phonograms from Illegal Reproduction of Their Phonograms

Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus

No. 439 of August 7, 2002 [Amended as of January 12, 2007]

1. To express the consent of the Republic of Belarus to obligation under the Convention on Protection of the Interests of Manufacturers of the Phonograms from the Illegal Reproduction of their Phonograms of October 29, 1971 by acceding to this Convention.

To appoint the State Committee of Science and Technologies to be a body responsible for implementation of the mentioned Convention.

2. To the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures of implementation of the present Edict.

3. The present Edict enters into force form the day of its signing.
