Intellectual Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1998 (Sections 4 and 5) (Commencement) Order, 1998

The Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 6(2) of the Intellectual Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1998 (No. 28 of 1998), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Intellectual Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1998 (Sections 4 and 5) (Commencement) Order, 1998.

2. The 17th day of August, 1998, is hereby appointed as the day on which sections 4 and 5 of the Intellectual Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1998, shall come into operation.
