S.I. No. 30 of 1966.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (5) of section 152 of the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Act, 1927 (No. 16 of 1927) as adapted by section 2 of the Executive Powers (Consequential Provisions) Act, 1937 (No. 20 of 1937), and subsection (5) of section 70 of the Trade Marks Act, 1963 (No. 9 of 1963), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (International Arrangements) (Amendment) Order, 1966.
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
3. The Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (International Arrangements) Order, 1959 (S.I. No. 22 of 1959), shall have effect as if, for the foreign states specified in the First Schedule thereto, there were substituted the foreign states specified in the Schedule to this Order.
4. The following Orders are hereby revoked, namely:
(a) Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (International Arrangements) (Amendment) Order, 1960 (S.I. No. 104 of 1960);
(b) Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (International Arrangements) (Amendment) Order, 1961 (S.I. No. 23 of 1961);
(c) Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (International Arrangements) (Amendment) Order, 1962 (S.I. No. 235 of 1962); and
(d) Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (International Arrangements) (Amendment) Order, 1963 (S.I. No. 275 of 1963).
