(Section 73) [ 3rd February, 2001.]

Short title. 1. This Order may be cited as the

PATENTS ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER.

Commencement 2. In exercise of the powers vested in me by section 73 of the Patentsof Chapter 253.

Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, GODFREY SMITH, Minister responsible for Patents, do hereby appoint the 5th day of January, 2001, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
