Short title. 1. This Order may be cited as the

COPYRIGHT ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER.

Commencement of 2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 2 of the

Act No. 12 of 2000. Copyright Act (No. 12 of 2000), and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, GODFREY SMITH, Attorney General, do hereby appoint the 21st day of August, 2000 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
