Notes:	The Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 of Malaysia was enacted in 1997. There have been two revisions. The first total revision was in 2002, and the second was in 2006. This Act incorporates all amendments up to January 1, 2006, which sets out a new regulatory licensing framework for a convergent communications and multimedia industry and the Malaysian Communications.
