Notes:	Article 33 of the Law defines the guarantees of the use of trade and service marks. Article 36 defines the rights of a subject of entrepreneurship activity over his intellectual activity (trade and service marks). Article 37 provides for the protection of commercial secret and undisclosed information of subjects of entrepreneurship activity.
