Notes:	According to Article 66.1, a person found guilty under Article 149 'Infringement of Copyright and Patent Rights' and under Article 191 'Unlawful Disclosure or Use of Information' may be relieved from criminal liability if he admits his guilt and redresses the damage caused to the injured party. Article 191 also defines a fine imposed for breach of confidentiality and unauthorized disclosure or use of a trade secret.
