The Plant Breeder's Rights Act 1994 provides the granting of proprietary rights to breeders of certain new varieties of plants and fungi and repealed the Plant Variety Rights Act 1987.
This compilation, which was prepared on 29 March 2011 by the Office of Legislative Drafting and Publishing, Attorney-General’s Department, Canberra, takes into account amendments up to the Statute Law Revision Act 2011 (Act No. 5 of 2011)
