This compilation of Australia's Naval and Military defence and protection law, which was prepared 14 January 2011 by the Office of Legislative Drafting and Publishing, Attorney-General's Department, Canberra, consolidates the amendments to the principal Defence Act 1903 (Act No. 20 of 1903) up to Act Defence Legislation Amendment Act (No. 1) 2010 (Act No. 95 of 2010).
The consolidated Defence Act 1903 includes the IP-related provisions as follows:
-Part VII 'Offences': section 73A 'Unlawfully giving or obtaining information as to defences', section 73F 'Penalty' (page 136), section 83 'Unauthorised use, possession or supply of emblems or flags' (page 141)
-Part XI 'Regulations', subsection 124(nc), page 228
