Notes:	The Constitution contains provisions relating to intellectual property. Article 6 stipulates that 'the State shall encourage and promote culture, the arts and scientific and technological research, and shall ensure the conservation of nature, the cultural heritage and the artistic and historical riches of its nations.' Furthermore, Article 29 recognizes and guarantees the right of property in general.
