Notes:	-This Act, which is contained in the Laws of the Republic of Vanuatu - Consolidated Edition 2006, provides for the establishment and operation of the Vanuatu Red Cross Society. -In particular, refer to: Section 2 - "Establishment of the Society" (Vanuatu Red Cross Society) Section 4 - "Recognition as a voluntary aid society" (Vanuatu Red Cross Society, the sole national Red Cross Society in the Republic of Vanuatu has the right to use the heraldic emblem of a red cross on a white ground, formed by reversing the Swiss Federal colours and the designation "Red Cross").
