Notes:	-The Fisheries Act [Cap 315] is contained in the Laws of the Republic of Vanuatu - Consolidated Edition 2006. -This Law makes provision for the management, development and regulation of fisheries within Vanuatu waters, and for the regulation of Vanuatu fishing vessels outside of Vanuatu waters in a manner consistent with Vanuatu’s international obligations, and for related matters.
