Notes
This Law is to establish the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia and to provide for its functions and powers and for matters connected therewith.
The Malaysian Intellectual Property Corporation (known as MyIPO) not only registers patents, industrial designs, trade marks and geographical indications, but also creates and enhances public awareness on the importance of intellectual property.
