This consolidated version of the Law on the Legal Protection of the Topologies of Integrated Circuits incorporates all the amendments up to 'Federal Law No. 19-FZ of February 2, 2006, on Amendments to and Repeal of Certain Laws of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Adoption of the Federal Law on the Placement of Orders for Delivery of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State and Municipal Needs', which was enacted on February 2, 2006, and entered into force on February 8, 2006.
For amendments introduced by the said Federal Law No. 19-FZ, see Article 7, paragraphs 2 and 3 of this consolidated version.
On January 1, 2008, this consolidated Law was repealed by Federal Law No. 231-FZ of December 18, 2006, on Putting into Force Part IV of the Russian Civil Code.
