This law defines the concept of economic associations and the principles by which they are to be regulated as well as the rights and duties of their participants and founders.

Article 13 reads: "The contributions of the participants and founders of the association may include: buildings, houses, equipment and other material valuables, valuable papers, rights for using land, water and other natural resources, constructions, equipment and other property rights including intellectual property, money resources, including hard currency."
