The extract of the Notification of WIPO notifies the amendments in the 8th edition of Nice Classification and the publication of the 9th edition of Nice Classification (2006). This extract of the Notification of WIPO and the 9th edition of Nice Classification are annexed to this Notice of the Chief Executive.
The 9th edition of the Nice Classification is published in two parts. Part I lists, in alphabetical order, all the goods in one list and all the services in another list. Part II lists, in alphabetical order for each class, the goods or services belonging to that class.
