Notes:	The Constitution of Sri Lanka does not contain the provisions concerning the intellectual property. However, there are some provisions related to the protection of the freedom of culture and the freedom of trade and business in Article 14(1)(f),(g). Furthermore, Chapter I, Articles 6 and 7 refers to the protection of the national flag and the national anthem, which can be extended to the protection of trademarks rights.
