Notes:	This Decree establishes a prior consent procedure for patent applications for product or process pharmaceutical inventions. The prior consent procedure, carried out by the Unit of Medicines and Health Technology, will determine whether the content and scope of what is desired protected by the patent application interferes with the right to health and access to medicines.
