Notes:
Resolution 92(I) of the General Assembly (1946) protects the use of names and emblems of the UN and Article 6 ter of the Paris Convention protects the names and emblems of international organizations. This law provides for the protection of the names and emblems of the UN and other international organizations in accordance with Resolution 92(I) of the General Assembly of December 7, 1946 and Article 6 ter of the Paris Convention.
