Notes:
- Administrative litigation, as provided under Article 148 of the Constitution, authorizes the Judiciary to decide over public administrative law matters and helps ensure the effective protection of the rights and interests of its people.

- Public administration actions can only be challenged in administrative proceedings, except when related to constitutional matters.

- On the challenges to decisions issued by the INDECOPI Tribunal, they shall be decided by the Administrative Chamber of the corresponding Superior Court, a successful appeal would be decided by the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court, and the Constitutional and Social Court would decide on cassation when applicable.
