This Order, issued pursuant to sections 90(1) and 124(3) of the Patents Act 1977, declares in the Schedule to it the countries to be considered as convention countries to the International Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property or the Agreement establishing the World Trade Organization for the purposes of section 5 of the Patents Act 1977.
Article 1(2) of this Order also revokes the Patents (Convention Countries) Order 2006.
