The Trademark Law (16 Chapters, 72 Articles) ensures Intellectual Property Right Enforcement mechanism which follows the principles of TRIPS.

The Civil IP Rights Enforcement and Criminal IP Rights Enforcement can be conducted based on the provisions of Trademark Law, one of the three principal IP Laws- Trademark law, Patent law and Copyright law.
For provisions on the protection of intellectual property rights, see:
-Chapter 15, Articles 65-70 (Penal Enforcement of IP Rights, Imprisonment and Fine)
-Chapter 9 & 10 (Civil IP Rights Enforcement, Remedies for Injuction-Preliminary and Final)
-Chapter 8, Articles 27, 28 (Compensation, damages awarded, remedies granted).

NB: Chapter 7 of the Law contains provisions concerning acts of unfair competition. However, these provisions are short, broad and vague whic does not provide any criteria that determine the extent of acts of unfair competition. This absence leaves interpretation to the Courts to fill in the gap.
