On cinematic organizations and activities

(Excerpt)

Article 17.

The conversion of a cinematic work from a certain material into another and its duplication for business shall be done under the Law on Copyright.

Article 22.

Television stations shall strictly execute all legal regulations on copyright over cinematic works.

2. The Ministry of Culture and Information and the Vietnam Television Station shall specify the collaboration between cinema and television in supplying, cooperating, ordering, using and guaranteeing copyright over the movies or films broadcast on television.
