'The regulations clarify aspects of the qualifications specified in Regulation 20.3 of the Patent Regulations 1990 and Regulation 20.1 of the Trade Marks Regulations 1995 for registration as a patent or trade marks attorney. These amendments result from changes made to the qualification awards that may be given by education institutions consequent on the introduction of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).'
