| Notes: | This Act amends the Trade Marks Act 1995 to reflect the establishment of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and changes in the registration of trade marks. The Act further amends the Trade Marks Act to give effect to the recommendations of a post implementation review of the trade marks legislation and to otherwise make minor and technical amendments. Date of entry into force: see Article 2. |
