This compilation of Australia's trademark law, which was prepared on 29 October 1999 by the Office of Legislative Drafting and Publishing, Attorney-General’s Department, Canberra, consolidates the amendments to the principal Trade Marks Act 1995 (Act No. 119 of 1995) up to the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment Act 1998 (Act No. 100 of 1998).
