Year of Version 1995 Dates Entry into force: June 27, 1995 Adopted: June 24, 1995 Type of Text Main IP Laws Subject Matter Industrial Designs, Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, IP Regulatory Body Notes The notification by Turkey to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'The Law contains 8 parts covering general provisions, entitlement, claims and limitations, registration, renewal, opposition transfer of application and design rights, license agreements, invalidity of the design and termination of the design right, infringement of design right and civil procedures for infringement, and payment of fees and legal effects of payments.'

This consolidated text of the Decree-Law No. 544 incorporates all amendments to Articles 8, 26; and includes the new Article 48/A.
