Décret n° 2002-3019 du 19 novembre 2002,

portant ratification de l’adhésion de la République Tunisienne à la convention internationale pour la protection des obtentions végétales

Le Président de la République,

Vu la constitution et notamment son article 32,

Vu la loi n° 2002—83 du 14 octobre 2002, portant approbation de l’adhésion de la République Tunisienne à la convention internationale pour la protection des obtentions végétales,

Vu la convention internationale pour la protection des obtentions végétales conclue, le 2 décembre 1961 et révisée à Genève le 10 novembre 1972, le 23 octobre 1978 et le 19 mars 1991.

Décrète :

1. Est ratifiée, l’adhésion de la République Tunisienne à la convention internationale pour la protection des obtentions végétales conclue le 2 décembre 1961 et révisée à Genève le 10 novembre 1972, le 23 octobre 1978 et le 19 mars 1991.

2. Le ministre des affaires étrangères est chargé de l’exécution du présent décret qui sera publié au Journal Officiel de la République Tunisienne.
