Year of Version 2013 Dates Entry into force: April 4, 2013 Published: March 19, 2013 Adopted: March 4, 2013 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights), Other Notes Article 142 of this Law states that the Law No. 8410 of September 30, 1998, on the Public and Private Radio and Television in the Republic of Albania (together with its amendments) and the Law No. 9742 of May 28, 2007, on Digital Broadcasting in the Republic of Albania were repealed. Articles 143 of this Law states that it comes into force 15 days after its publication in the Official Journal. This Law was published in the Official Gazette on March 19, 2013, and entered into force on April 4, 2013.
